Simple Guide to Virtual Tour Photography
Virtual tour photography is the new technology that has changed the way the real estate brokers do business. It is actually a type of marketing scheme that allows the potential buyers to look around your property with the click of the mouse. They do not have to go to the actual property to be able to see it.
The virtual tour photography involves taking pictures of your home, including the rooms inside and the outside of the house as well. The trick with this type of photography is that you have to capture a whole scene as a complete image, when viewed while rotating it in a single central position. It involves stitching together photographs that are taken in such a way that there is a multi-row 360-degree rotation. The entire image can be computer generated or a composite of actual photography and computer-generated objects.
In virtual tour photography, the composite image that is created is called VR Panorama. This is an interactive digital image in which the viewer is placed in the focal point of the sphere, where a 360-degree wrap-around image is projected. Then the viewer can actually rotate it vertically and horizontally, like they were really immersed in the real world scene.
